It’s nice to meet you! I’m Victoria.
How I got here:
When something sparks my curiosity, I go deep—and then I start talking about it. A lot. Ask anyone who knew me after my fourth-grade trip to Yellowstone. I came back rattling off facts about bison and geysers like it was my job. (Back then, it wasn’t. But, in a way, it is now.)
That instinct—to take in, distill, and share what’s important—has guided my decade-long career in communications—spanning talent brand, internal comms, executive ghostwriting, and brand marketing for companies like American Express, Dataiku, and early-stage startups.
Over time, I became the person teams called when they didn’t just need more content—they needed clarity. On what to say, how to say it, and why it mattered. I built a reputation for pulling great stories out of founders, execs, and subject-matter experts—without ever making it feel scripted.
Pronto Communications is the product of that path.
Why I built Pronto Communications:
I started Pronto because I saw a pattern: early-stage teams knew comms mattered, but getting strategic support felt out of reach. They either burned out trying to do it all, or waited for things to “slow down” (I am sorry to say, they never do). They needed someone who could jump in, ask smart questions, and map a plan. Fast.
That’s what I do. I help high-growth teams sharpen their communications strategies—whether that’s through executive thought leadership, employer brand strategy, or internal messaging that actually lands.
You won’t find a lot of fluff here. You’ll also struggle to find corporate jargon (I’m allergic). I work with clients who want smart, tailored strategy, not templated content mills. If you need a steady hand, a sharp ear, and a fast forward button for your comms, let’s talk.
Outside of work, you’ll find me…
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in the kitchen or on a tennis court.
I cook nearly every night—not because I have to, but because I’d get bored if I didn’t. I’ve more or less replaced my enthusiasm for Yellowstone with culinary enthusiasm. I’m always happy to swap recipes—but just know what you're getting into.
I also started learning tennis this year, after a lifetime of opting for dance instead of sports. To my surprise, it turns out, I can be very competitive.
Whether it’s cooking, tennis, or building Pronto, I’m a big believer in continuous learning —the kind that stretches you, sharpens you, and reminds you there’s always more to figure out.
